Cancellation Policy
World School Summit (WSS)
The World School Summit (WSS) is a globally curated education summit that involves extensive planning, venue arrangements, speaker coordination, and operational commitments. To ensure seamless execution and fairness to all participants, the summit follows a strict no-cancellation policy.
Once a registration is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, the registration is considered final, confirmed, and non-cancellable. Requests for cancellation, modification, substitution, or transfer of registrations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all registrations and purchases related to the World School Summit, including but not limited to:
Delegate passes and entry tickets
Conference and summit registrations
Workshops, panel discussions, and networking sessions
Speaker sessions and special access programs
Digital, hybrid, or in-person event participation
Any additional services, add-ons, or inclusions associated with WSS
Participants are strongly advised to carefully review all event-related details—such as dates, venue information, agenda, inclusions, pricing, and eligibility—before completing their registration. By proceeding with payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this no-cancellation policy.
Cancellations will not be permitted for reasons including, but not limited to:
Change of plans or personal circumstances
Travel, visa, or accommodation issues
Medical or health-related reasons
Professional or scheduling conflicts
Non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure
Technical issues experienced by the participant
Dissatisfaction arising from expectations not aligned with the published event description or agenda
Failure to attend the World School Summit, whether partially or fully, does not entitle the participant to cancel their registration or request any form of adjustment, refund, or credit.
In the unlikely event that the World School Summit is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizers due to operational reasons, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, or security concerns), registered participants will be notified through official communication channels. Any resolution—such as rescheduling, event credits, or alternative arrangements—will be determined solely at the discretion of the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to amend, update, or revise this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the official World School Summit website.
